Etsy's DMCA counter-notice — the one that restores removed listings after 10 business days if the complainant doesn't sue — only applies to copyright claims. For trademark takedowns there is no equivalent statutory counter-notice. Restoring a trademark removal usually means negotiating directly with the rights holder, or showing Etsy that the underlying mark is invalid.
